Items are shipped via FedEx standard ground delivery for smaller shipments and FedEx Freight for large shipments.
Expedited shipments are available upon request for product that is in stock. If you wish to have your order expedited, you must contact Wildlife Management Technologies, LLC at 316-200-0134 to place your order and make expedited shipping arrangements as additional charges will apply.
Returns will be accepted ONLY if you contact Wildlife Management Technologies during our normal business hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM -4:00 PM Central Standard Time at (316) 200-0134 within 5 days of the delivery confirmation date. At that time, you will be given an RMA Number to include with your shipment. Returns that are sent without an RMA number are subject to return to sender. All packages are to be fully insured.
A full refund (less shipping cost and restocking fee) will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise unused and in the same condition which it was shipped, including original packaging.
Replacement product will be provided for orders damaged in shipment. Timing of replacement orders are subject to product availability.
We do not refund shipping costs or credit card fees. They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund. Orders that are paid for with a credit card and returned will be assessed a $3.00 processing fee.
Wildlife Management Technologies respects each individual's right to personal privacy. We will collect and use information through our Web site only in the ways disclosed in this statement. This statement applies solely to information collected at Wildlife Management Technologies's Web site.

The information is collected voluntarily.
To receive our products and services, credit card address, email and contact information is mandatory because we need to verify payment information and address to send order. Other information we request is optional. We verify the accuracy of this information by financial institutions thru the credit card processing company of authorize.net.
Wildlife Management Technologies does not actively market to children, and we never knowingly ask a child under 13 to divulge personal information.
